I solved the problem though, using these steps (1) I went to the manufacturer's site and since my controller model wasn't there, I chose a driver from the next model. (2) This allowed me to access the Intel Graphics and Media Control panel. (3) I went to the Intel site and looked at the settings for older models (again my model wasn't included). (4) The graphics is acceptable.
