But honestly, many of us can't/won't help with your item when it's a known bad design and a fraud of the real one. I don't blame you for buying it since the makers of it do tell a story that is a lie, but given that they broke the honesty barrier to begin with by selling a fraud, their continued deceitfulness in marketing is to be expected.

You seem to have the somagic based easycap. I got that from your thread title 'SMI'. I couldn't find much for windows drivers but here's some linux information if you're so inclined.
Keep in mind that audio support does not exist in linux. You would have to get a 3.5 mm to stereo rca adapter and plug that into your computer. Here's some links: You can also get a cord if you like. Also if you want a better supported easycap then here's a link for that also. These contain the stk1160 chip (easycap dc60) and empia chip (easycap dc60+, easycap 116). Both of these are supported under windows and linux (and maybe mac os x); however, the former is only supported up windows xp, where as the latter two are supported up to the most recent windows.
